The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Brazil and proficient in both Portuguese and English, with knowledge of Spanish as an advantage. This full-time position offers a fully remote work model.

• Monitor international regulatory developments, particularly in Latin America.

• Maintain records of policies and ensure compliance with standards.

• Draft and review legal agreements including intellectual property licenses, SaaS contracts, software supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Monitor international regulatory developments, particularly in Latin America.
• Support regulatory interactions and compliance processes for specialized business operations.
• Contribute to scalable legal infrastructure such as templates, workflows, and support for logistics, staffing, and compliance.
• Maintain records of policies and ensure compliance with global and local standards.

Requirements

• Proficient in Portuguese and English (C1).
• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
