Analista de Recursos Humanos Generalista

Location: Rua Alves Guimarães, 1216 – Pinheiros - São Paulo

Job Description

The junior HR analyst is responsible for operationalizing and managing HR processes, supporting daily activities such as onboarding, recruitment and selection, benefits management, among others.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer Meal Voucher/Alimentation and Transportation Voucher programs, ensuring employee satisfaction and policy compliance;
  • Manage the vacation schedule, ensuring fair distribution and compliance with legal standards;
  • Coordinate all stages of the onboarding process, from resume screening to integrating new employees with the global HR team;
  • Control and monitor working hours through the ADP system, ensuring accurate records and legal compliance;
  • Manage inclusion and exclusion processes for health plans, ensuring proper updates and adherence to company guidelines;
  • Oversee employee data registration on the Anbima platform, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance;
  • Monitor and manage private pension plans offered to employees, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible;
  • Maintain daily interaction with the global team.
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential
  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources;
  • Experience as a HR generalist;
  • Intermediate English proficiency;
Knowledge required:
  • Intermediate Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Operational and analytical profile to handle routines with daily deadlines;
  • Ability to prioritize daily demands based on importance and volume;
  • Proactivity in seeking information, solutions, and understanding processes to meet demands and achieve results;
  • Confidence in client interactions and internal/external audits.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of HR subsystems;
  • Experience with ADP system.
