Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Customer service;
2. Assist in pre-sale, sale, and post-sale processes;
3. Provide and receive information about products and services;
4. Check invoices, payment slips, and receipts;
5. Record, consult, and update data using available systems and tools;
6. Update and register customer information;
7. Manage merchandise listing, requests, and receipts;
8. Assist in stock organization;
9. Restock merchandise at points of sale;
10. Verify price changes and promotional items.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Complete or ongoing high school education;
2. Aged between 15 and 18 years;
3. Availability for theoretical training at Renapsi (1-5 PM);
4. Availability to work at iPlace, Boulevard Shopping (1-5 PM);
5. Possess Digital Work Card;
6. For persons with disabilities (PCD), no minimum education or age limit required.
