A leading charity is seeking a Job Coach to support young people with special educational needs in the Totnes area. In this role, you will engage with young individuals, help them overcome barriers to employment, and provide a range of support services including CV writing and interview skills training. The ideal candidate should have experience working with these young people and hold a valid UK driving licence. JOB COACH
LOCATION: Based in Totnes with travel throughout Devon
FUNCTION: Employment
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Supported Internship/CEIAG Manager
ACCOUNTABLE FOR: Delivering training & support programmes to facilitate individuals’ progression
HOURS: Full time 37.5 hours per week (Term time only)
SALARY: £25k FTE plus essential car allowance £1353.42

This post will be based in Totnes. Delivery of the programme is through a mix of education and work related activity both 1:1 and group work.
