CI&T is seeking a Solutions Architect (Agentic Ops) in Brazil to drive the technical vision and growth of a new Agentic Ops practice. You will shape productization, evolve service delivery, and align with client expectations in a dynamic, AI-first environment.

You’ll work with global clients, ensure high-quality solutions, and help scale theAgentic Ops offering across platforms and cloud environments. English proficiency and strong client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in support and operations environments (SRE, managed services).
• Proficiency in AI — LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG and GenAI.
• Strong communicational and client-facing skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
• Advanced English for interactions with global clients and partners.
• Ability to work autonomously in a building environment.
