A CI&T, líder em transformação digital, procura um Senior Azure Data Engineer/Analyst para atuar no Brasil. Você combinará expertise técnica em engenharia de dados com visão analítica, desenvolvendo pipelines robustos no Azure, modelando dados para consumo analítico e entregando dashboards que apoiam decisões estratégicas.

O perfil ideal é sénior, autônomo e colaborativo, capaz de trabalhar em equipes distribuídas e servir como referência técnica para equipes de aplicações e negócios.

Qualificações

• Experiência avançada em BI, engenharia de dados ou analytics.
• Domínio da plataforma Azure, com foco em pipelines e modeling.
• Proeficiência em SQL complexo e consultas em Kusto.
• Experiência com metodologias Ágeis/Scrum e Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Design e manutenção de pipelines de dados usando Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks e Data Lake.
• Construir dashboards em Power BI e Tableau com KPIs de negócio.
• Modelagem de dados e integração entre on-premises e cloud.
• Escrever SQL/Kusto complexos e integrações via APIs REST.
• Contribuir com governança de dados e boas práticas de BI.

CI&T is expanding its data practice to support a reference client in theLogisticssector, at a moment of strong investment in analytical modernization and data integration across on-premises and cloud environments. We are looking for aSenior Azure Data Engineer / Analystto join the Platform Engineering team, playing a key role in building solutions that transform operational and business data into actionable intelligence.

In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise in data engineering with an analytics‑driven mindset, developing robust pipelines on the Azure platform, modeling data for analytical consumption, and delivering dashboards that support strategic and operational decision‑making. The ideal profile is a senior, self‑driven, and collaborative professional, capable of working autonomously within distributed teams and serving as a technical reference for application and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Azure Data Engineering:Design and maintain data pipelines and solutions usingAzure Data Factory,Azure Synapse Analytics,Azure Databricks, andAzure Data Lake, ensuring end-to-end reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Analytics & Visualization:Build dashboards and analytical reports inPower BIandTableau, translating infrastructure metrics, application performance data, and business KPIs into concrete, actionable recommendations.
• Data Modeling & Integration:Develop data modeling, data mining, and integration processes across on-premises and cloud sources, creating reliable datasets to support analytical models and dashboards.
• Queries & Large-Scale Processing:Write complexSQLandKustoqueries, as well as scripts and REST API calls for large-scale data collection and processing.
• Cloud Cost Management:Operate with cost awareness in managing cloud compute and storage resources, proposing optimizations that balance performance and efficiency.
• Technical Reference:Guide application and business teams on data usage and interpretation, proactively promoting best practices in data engineering, modeling, and BI tooling.
• Agile Collaboration:Work withinAgile/Scrummethodologies using project management tools such asJira, with the ability to prioritize deliverables and manage tasks autonomously across onsite and offshore teams.

Requirements

• Advanced English (C1 or above), reading, writing, and spoken communication with onsite and offshore stakeholders independently
• IT experience, with experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics
• Strong command of theAzure platform , specifically Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake
• Proven experience building analytical models and dashboards inPower BIandTableau
• Excellent proficiency in complexSQLandKustoqueries
• Experience withAgile/Scrummethodologies and project management tools such asJira
• Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented profile, with the ability to correlate complex metrics and communicate business impact to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience with ETL tools, especiallyTalendandAzure Data Factory
• Knowledge of data modeling withNative HANA,TDV, or advanced SQL Scripting
• Familiarity withMicrosoft Fabric
• BI or Azure cloud certifications , especially Azure PL-300
• Domain knowledge inLogistics and SAP
