Ci está buscando um(a) Senior Data Visualization Engineer para projetar e manter dashboards avançados em Tableau, integrando dados de várias fontes com pipelines eficientes. O(a) profissional trabalhará próximo às equipes de dados para assegurar desempenho, governança e qualidade dos dados usados em decisões estratégicas.

O ideal é ter experiência com Databricks, Looker (diferencial) e forte compreensão de modelagem dimensional para suportar analytics corporativo.

Qualificações

• Experiência comprovada em criação de dashboards no Tableau.
• Consolidação de dados e visualização de dados.
• Sólidos conhecimentos de SQL e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados.
• Sólida base em modelagem dimensional.
• Metodologias ETL e integração de dados.
• Capacidade de interpretar dados complexos para relatórios claros.
• Inglês avançado é essencial.

Responsabilidades

• Projetar, construir e otimizar modelos semânticos de dados no Tableau para analytics corporativo.
• Desenvolver, manter e otimizar dashboards e relatórios Tableau.
• Colaborar com equipes de engenharia de dados para definir pipelines em Databricks.
• Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções de BI.
• Conduzir a migração de Looker para Databricks + Tableau com mínimo impacto.
• Aplicar melhores práticas de governança de dados, performance e segurança para ativos de BI.
• Garantir a qualidade e integridade dos dados para tomada de decisão.
• Identificar e resolver problemas de dados e desempenho de dashboards.
• Familiaridade com Looker é um diferencial, não obrigatório.

We are looking for a Senior Data Visualisation Engineer with strong knowledge in developing and maintaining data ingestion pipelines and integrating data from various sources, such as APIs, relational databases, files, and many others!

Position Overview

• Design, build, and optimize semantic data models in Tableau to support self-service analytics and enterprise reporting.


• Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and datasets, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.


• Partner with data engineering teams to define and validate data pipelines in Databricks and ensure seamless integration with BI models.


• Collaborate with multifunctional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.


• Drive the migration strategy from Looker to Databricks + Tableau, ensuring minimal disruption and high adoption.


• Implement best practices in data governance, performance optimization, and security for BI assets.


• Ensure the quality and integrity of data used for decision-making.


• Identify and resolve data and dashboard performance issues.


• Familiarity with Looker for data visualization, reporting, and analytics is highly desirable but not essential.

Must Haves

• Proven experience in developing dashboards in Tableau.


• Consolidated experience with Data Visualisation.


• Solid knowledge of SQL and manipulation of large volumes of data.


• Solid foundation in Dimensional Data Modelling.


• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies and data integration tools.


• Ability to analyse and interpret complex data to generate clear and understandable reports.


• Advanced English is essential.
