Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development and customization to deliver high-quality solutions, optimize performance, and enhance user experiences across our Salesforce platform.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Configuration and customization of Experience (formerly Communities) and Commerce Cloud.
• API integration and middleware solutions.
• Understanding of mobile-responsive design principles.
• Expertise in security and sharing models.
• Proficient in performance optimization techniques.
• Advanced English, being able to maintain conversation with native speakers of the written and spoken language.

Platform Knowledge

• Familiarity with Lightning Experience features and limitations.
• Knowledge of community templates and branding capabilities.
• Experience with Experience Builder customization options.
• Understanding of content management systems.
• Experience with authentication and SSO implementations.

Design & Architecture

• Strong grasp of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Knowledge of information architecture and component-based design patterns.
• Ability to design scalable solutions architecture.
• Proficient in data modeling and optimization.

Business Skills

• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Advisory on best practices for Salesforce implementations.
