Hey everyone! This is Thai Viapiana, CI&T's Talent Attraction Specialist! :) We are looking for a Java Developer to create robust backend services from business requirements, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.

Main Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clean and well-documented service implementations.
• Follow design patterns and best practices in the development process.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues in code and environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with our DevOps team.
• Instrument services for observability and participate in on-call rotations.
