We are looking for a Software Architect to be part of our team in our development center in Brazil. In this position, you will lead technically and design software solutions, working closely with teams in the EU Zone, UK, and Brazil. You need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English to communicate with these different teams and clients during the workday.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership;
• Solid experience developing responsive web-based applications;
• Solid experience with AWS;
• Solid experience in back-end development, technologies like Node.JS, JavaScript, TypeScript;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code;
• Nice to have experience with Serverless Architecture.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead technically the team and enable the development team to build, enhance, and maintain applications, as well as to work with new technologies;
• Participate in design and architecture discussions;
• Collaborate with user experience, content strategy, product delivery, and non-technical program management teams;
• Communicate with customer’s team members and align technical solutions;
• Understand requirements and make viable technical solutions choosing appropriate frameworks;
• Do code review.

We expect candidates to have knowledge in some, but not necessarily all fields below:

• Knowledge of non-functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, GDPR, etc.)
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and Clean coding
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and E2E testing
