We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in backend architecture and experience in integrating generative AI tools into client products. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Python, C#, or Java, thrive in an agile environment, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both team members and clients. Advanced English is essential for daily interactions and intensive discussions.

Responsibilities

Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable backend architecture using Python, C#, or Java.

Generative AI Integration: Leverage generative AI technologies to enhance client products, providing innovative solutions and tools. Knowledge on Generative AI technical stacks and strategies (LLMs, RAG, Fine Tunning, Chain of Thought, etc.) and how to embed them into client’s products.

Agile Collaboration: Work closely within an agile team, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project delivery.

Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure code maintainability, readability, and performance by adhering to best practices and conducting code reviews.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend services and generative AI integrations.

Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing support for deployed applications.

Qualifications

Experience in development using Python, C#, or Java.

Experience in backend architecture design and implementation.

Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in product development.

Experience with Machine Learning.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Python, C# or Java.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).

Experience with cloud services and containerization tools.

Knowledge of machine learning concepts and libraries is a plus.
