I am a Talent Attraction Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Mid-Level Support SRE position to work on an international project.

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer in Operations. As a team member, you will be responsible for monitoring, availability, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions for monitoring and observability, ensuring broad coverage of a global B2B platform.
• Drive efficiency by automating manual and repetitive tasks.
• Apply standards and contribute to process improvement.
• Support project teams in defining better strategies following incidents.
• Share knowledge with team and project colleagues to contribute to the growth of SRE knowledge.

Requirements:

• Experience in CI/CD practices.
• Experience with SCM, particularly Git, and its best practices.
• Experience with root cause analysis (Postmortem).
• Proficiency with Docker, Java, and Python native development frameworks.
• Ability to automate manual efforts through technical solutions, applying software engineering and architectural patterns.
• Ability to analyze network, monitoring, performance, and application issues using APM tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English skills.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.
