Qualificações

Objective:

The primary objective of this position is to leverage an understanding of software architecture to lead the development of efficient, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that align with business needs. This role involves ensuring proper integration between components, adhering to functional and non-functional requirements, and following established best practices. The individual will focus on understanding data integrations between systems, serving as a consultant to the area manager, proposing enhancements to existing designs and scopes for information flow, collaborating with development teams to ensure compliance with the current architecture, identifying and mitigating technical risks, and fostering innovation to improve overall performance and efficiency.

Principal Activities and Responsibilities:

- Define the software architecture according to business needs and project requirements, considering scalability, performance, security, and usability.

- Assess and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and standards for implementing the architecture, considering technical feasibility and project strategy.

- Create and validate diagrams and technical documentation that describe the system structure, components, and interactions.

- Collaborate with development teams by providing guidance and technical support to ensure the correct implementation of the proposed architecture.

- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, anticipating potential problems during software development.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and development best practices.

- Foster innovation and continuous improvement by monitoring technological trends and proposing the adoption of new approaches and tools when appropriate.

- Ensure the team possesses the necessary technical knowledge for current challenges, promoting training or upskilling.

- Manage the architectural backlog by prioritizing technical debts, improvements, and evolutions in the team's roadmap.

- Participate in meetings and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, align expectations, and communicate the technical vision of the architecture.

- Promote collaboration between development teams by facilitating communication and knowledge exchange.

- Implement and optimize algorithms and automation processes using AI techniques to enhance workflow, reduce delivery time, and increase operational efficiency.
