I am a Talent Analyst looking for talented individuals inSão Paulo/SP for aSenior Business Analyst positionto work on a project in In partnership with a client specialized in agricultural technology

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development processes.

- Engage in discussions to solve complex problems and provide valuable solutions.

- Document technical and functional requirements and create process flows for digital products.

- Facilitate collaboration between development, operations, and business teams using Agile methodologies.

Requirements for this Challenge:

- Solid experience in software development projects.

- Advanced/Fluent english level

- Familiarity with software development practices, including design and implementation of solutions.

- Proficiency in Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies.

- Experience withCI/CDtools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Ability to define analyses and review data to make informed business decisions.

- Experience in conducting gap analyses between applications and client requirements.

- Capability to create accurate technical and functional specifications for the engineering team.

- Availability to work on-site 1 to 2 times a week in São Paulo, SP

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge in system integration andAPIdevelopment.

- Experience with version control tools such as Git and project management tools like Jira or Trello.

Soft Skills:

-Articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Quick to learn new technologies and methodologies with a passion for continuous growth.

- Creative analytical skills to tackle challenges and deliver practical solutions.
