Qualificações

• Expérience en tant qu'E-mail Developer avec forte maîtrise de l'HTML5 et CSS3.

Your mission:

Collaborate with CI&T to assist clients leveraging technology as an enabler to provide greater business flexibility and improved customer experience. Be a crucial part of these clients' digital transformation, essential for delivering value and impact to the business. Responsibilities:

-Develop, build, and maintain responsive email templates and modules within Knak, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and email best practices (e.g., deliverability, accessibility).

Implement advanced dynamic content and personalization logic using knak's capabilities, custom HTML/CSS, and platform-specific scripting (e.g., AMPscript for SFMC, templating for AJO).

- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Knak built email assets into Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Email Studio, Journey Builder) and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Troubleshoot and debug email-related issues, ranging from template rendering and dynamic content logic to data integration and platform-specific errors.

Document email development processes, module specifications, and integration patterns for future reference and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements for this challenge:

- Experience as an E-mail Developer with strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, specifically for email development (including responsive design techniques).

- Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer's and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud email capabilities, including its templating language/concepts.

- Understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, email accessibility best practices, etc.

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot email rendering and functionality issues across multiple platforms and clients.

- Conversational English.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Nice to have:

Experience developing and deploying emails in HTML or no-code platforms.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Content Builder, Email Studio, and Journey Builder, with understanding of AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content.
