At CI&T, we're growing fast and looking for a talented, motivated Data & Analytics professional to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in gathering insights, building dashboards, empowering other teams with data for analytics and machine learning solutions for our global clients.

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Develop and maintain data dashboards.

Data Modeling and Visualization:Generate clear and informative data visualizations, charts, and reports using Quicksight or similar tools. Present findings to stakeholders in a comprehensible manner.

Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and errors.

Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data processes.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results. Create and update data dictionaries and data catalogs.

Requirements for this challenge

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).

Proven experience as a Data Analyst

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar.

Strong knowledge of PowerBI

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.

Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing.
