We are looking for a Master Fullstack Developer, focused mainly in Node and React, to work with one of our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end solutions.

Refactor and enhance legacy systems to align with current standards.

Develop and optimize cloud-based services and infrastructure.

Architect and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of software engineering projects.

Mentor and guide developers through technical challenges and conduct comprehensive code reviews.

Implement strategies to manage and reduce technical debt.

Create and maintain detailed documentation and technical specifications.

Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices across teams.

Diagnose and resolve production issues within large-scale, decoupled, event-driven architectures.

Coordinate and manage release cycles and deployment strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to deliver robust solutions.

Technical Requirements

Core Development Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.

Advanced experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB).

Comprehensive experience in testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end, etc.).

Proficiency in code quality tools and metrics (SonarQube, ESLint, etc.).

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

Architecture & System Design:

Deep understanding of backend engineering principles and diverse protocol implementation (HTTP, gRPC, WebSockets, etc.).

Strong expertise in event-driven architecture patterns.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with microservices architecture and serverless frameworks.

Cloud & Infrastructure:

Extensive knowledge of AWS services and solutions, with experience in large-scale cloud architecture.

Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation).

Understanding of cost optimization techniques for cloud environments.

Process & Communication:

Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in leadership or management roles within software development.

Familiarity with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
