A leading tech transformation company seeks a Technical Leader to drive system architecture and integration. The role involves leading teams in developing scalable tech solutions and mentoring staff while ensuring high-quality deliveries. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in Java, Kotlin, and microservices, with a focus on the financial sector.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical reference, leading the customization and integration of existing functionalities, ensuring high performance, scalability, and quality of the systems.
- Propose improvements for automating the feature activation flow, promoting quick and quality deliveries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, development, QA, etc.) to understand business requirements and transform these challenges into effective technical solutions.
- Actively contribute to the development of solutions, refining architecture, prioritizing the reduction of technical debts and the continuous evolution of solutions while ensuring the quality of deliveries.
- Serve as a mentor, promoting knowledge exchange and fostering a culture of best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies.
- Manage and align system architecture, integrating different modules and ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and usability.
- Participate in the discovery, co-creation, and validation of new architectural solutions, directly addressing critical system issues.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in development using Java, Kotlin, and frameworks such as Spring Boot, with a strong focus on building and maintaining microservices.
- Previous experience as a technical leader or software architect in high-complexity projects, preferably in the financial sector.
- Familiarity with integrations, RESTful APIs, and event-driven development.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar) and non-relational databases (such as MongoDB).
- Experience with event-driven architectures via messaging (RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control and continuous integration tools (such as Git and Azure DevOps).
- Ability to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technological solutions.
- Strong communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
