You Need to Have Experience with:
  • Support, investigation, detailing, and troubleshooting complex technical solutions in production.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, creating scripts, and service processes.
  • Experience with Bug Management.
  • Background in ITSM / ITIL.
You Will Stand Out If You Have:
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Experience with control tools.
  • Technical proficiency to understand and support Adobe Journey Optimizer (CRM system).
