Hey there! I am Laura, a Talent Analyst seeking a SR Scrum Master / Squad Lead in Brazil to lead and empower a cross-functional team of professionals. This team will play a key role in achieving organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and driving project excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor squads comprising developers, designers, and business analysts from diverse backgrounds.
2. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the squad.
3. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, objectives, and deliverables.
4. Manage the squad's daily activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
5. Monitor squad performance, identify improvement areas, and implement necessary changes.
6. Encourage continuous learning and growth, providing coaching and support to team members.
7. Facilitate effective communication within the squad and with external stakeholders.
8. Coordinate with other squads and teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful delivery.
9. Oversee project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enhance processes.
10. Promote a positive, inclusive, and creative work environment.

Requirements
