We are looking for a System Architect

Willing to tackle technical challenges in web applications, APIs, system integrations, and frontend development in ReactJS and/or AngularJS. You will be part of our development team in Brazil, leading and designing solutions while working closely with teams and clients in the US and Brazil. You need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with a variety of projects, including large-scale solutions and complex deliveries
• Solid experience in software development and systems integration
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Strong knowledge of continuous delivery and integration, working in an agile environment
• 5+ years working with Java, NodeJS, Python, or other backend technologies
• Experience with different programming paradigms (OOP, Functional, Procedural)
• Experience in a mature DevOps environment with tools like Git, SCM, cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure
• Fluent or advanced English skills

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and maintaining technical relationships with our clients’ technical teams, ensuring requirements are met, and guiding our team in best practices
• Designing architecture based on technical and non-technical requirements
• Communicating with the customer’s team and aligning on technical solutions
• Ensuring a stable and productive development environment
• Providing innovative solutions for technical problems
• Negotiating and presenting technical decisions to the customer
• Managing the technical roadmap and dependencies of the project
• Managing technical risks and communicating them to management
