I am a Talent Attracting Analyst seeking WOMEN located in Brazil for an Entry-Level DevOps position on an international project.

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will:

1. Build foundational knowledge in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure.
2. Support engineering teams and improve deployment processes.

You will also have the opportunity to practice your English communication skills by collaborating with clients and team members, and to grow in your career within a team committed to continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evolution and optimization of Azure DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve DevOps-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to established patterns and processes.
• Assist in maintaining the technical backlog.
• Learn from and support more experienced DevOps professionals.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements in an agile environment.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English for effective communication in international projects.
• Basic experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, container applications, and Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Problem-solving skills and familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in an agile environment.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
• Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
• Understanding of Java microservices and front-end technologies (React).
