I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for a Senior QA in Brazilto join our dynamic team for an exciting project with an American company.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for both web and back end components.

Estimate test efforts, analyze and communicate test results and participate on the day-to-day QA activities

Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects.

Ensure the compatibility of our web components across different browsers and devices.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software.

Application of concepts such as the Test Pyramid

Create, review and manage Pull Requests to ensure code quality.

Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute with ideas and suggestions from a QA perspective

Requirements for this challenge:

Experience with Test automation (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Jest) using JavaScript or TypeScript

Experience with Test Management Tools like Zephyr, X-Ray, TestRail, etc.

Experience with API testing tools (e.g Postman, SoapUI, Bruno)

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal for a Technical and Non-Technical audience.

Excellent collaboration skills.

Experience in planning, controlling, specifying and executing web based tests.

Experience in defining, collecting, measuring, and presenting Quality Metrics for continuous improvement

Task management tools (e.g. GitLab, JIRA)

Experience in documentation to clearly report defects and improvements;

Knowledge of testing pyramid and types of testing.

Advanced English level for conversation.

Nice to have

Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and tools like Storybook

Experience with api automation like (Jmeter or Rest Assured)

Familiarity with Web development languages (HTML, SASS/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)

Familiarity with React and Java or Kotlin

Familiarity with Azure Devops
