At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-level QA Automation (Java) to join our remote team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Mid-level QA Automation (Java) professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing automated test cases, as well as performing manual testing to guarantee that our applications meet the highest standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create comprehensive test plans to ensure robust testing coverage.
2. Execute both manual and automated testing processes to validate software functionality.
3. Conduct API testing using tools like RestAssured and Postman to ensure seamless integration.
4. Collaborate with developers and product teams to define testing requirements and enhancements.
5. Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve software quality.
6. Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
7. Document testing processes and results, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
• API testing expertise (RestAssured, Postman).
• Advanced English (B2+).

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
