We are actively seeking a Senior-Level Java Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on a complex and mission-critical system. This role requires proactive and self-sufficient developers who can independently drive tasks and adapt quickly to challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture.
2. Structure and lead technical refinements and engage in hands-on Java microservices development to build RESTful APIs.
3. Develop and evolve high-performance solutions in a scalable environment, ensuring quality through automated tests (TDD) and code reviews.
4. Manage relational and NoSQL databases.

Qualifications:

1. Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices.
2. Experience with automated test development using the test pyramid strategy.
3. A continuous improvement mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
4. Advanced proficiency in English.

Differentials:

1. Architecture: Clean Architecture or DDD.
2. Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
3. CI/CD and DevOps automation practices focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
4. Proficiency in developing and deploying applications on Kubernetes and AKS platforms.
5. Integrate systems and data using cloud and on-premise applications, including message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ or Service Bus.
