Hi! I am Laura, a Talent Analyst seeking candidates in Brazil for a System Architect role on an international project!

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the technical roadmap of the project, including dependencies.
• Analyze data from API calls to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to optimization strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, aligning with product and business goals.
• Lead architectural governance practices (PDCA, risk management, solution reviews).
• Align technical solutions with the client team through effective communication.
• Negotiate and act as a trusted advisor for technology implementation.
• Bring innovative solutions to technical challenges and ensure a stable development environment.
• Manage technical risks and communicate them to management.
• Mentor and train new architects on software engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency for conversation.
• Experience with Python and React.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with Cloud Providers, especially AWS.

Nice to Have

• Experience in product management or data analysis.
• Experience working in a data team and with clients.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and data validation.
• Experience in finance or mortgage sectors.
