We are looking for a Developer Mid-Level with a strong background in Drupal and PHP to work in our development team in Brazil, collaborating with teams across the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sharing knowledge and learning new technologies, contributing positively to both CI&T and the broader community. A cultural fit is essential, emphasizing respect for differences and a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Your Mission:

1. Collaborate with leaders, peers, and other developers in enhancing Drupal applications, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
2. Development and maintaining a Drupal-based DXP platform, including custom modules and themes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including user experience and content strategy.
4. Ensure your development follows security and performance best practices.
5. Seek proactiveness and autonomy, challenges, and learning while collaborating with the team.

You need to have experience with:

1. Frontend development (e.g., JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, XML).
2. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and PHP.
3. Drupal 10+ platform and its best practices, including coding.
4. Using Composer to manage project dependencies.
5. Relational databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.
6. Version control systems (preferably Git). Knowledge of design and Clean Architecture / Clean Code principles.
7. Analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.
8. Using the Linux terminal and commands, as well as working with Apache.
9. Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing).

You will stand out if you have:

1. Advanced and/or fluent English.
2. Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines (DevOps principles).
3. Experience with Docker.
4. Experience participating in Agile projects.
