• 4+ anos de experiência como analista de negócios em projetos de desenvolvimento de software.
• Habilidade em documentação de requisitos técnicos e funcionais.
• Familiaridade com metodologias Agile e DevOps.

Responsibilities

1. Information gathering and researching business needs to identify key business challenges and opportunities for products;
2. Deliver precise technical and functional specifications on workflows, business rules, outstanding issues, data analysis and data mapping to product engineering team;
3. Participate in cross-functional integration testing to validate solutions;
4. Contributing to the analytical strategy and defining user requirements, facilitating product execution in tandem with partners/stakeholders;
5. Understand, document and explain issues and requirements from both a technical and business point of view;
6. Analyze and bridge functionality gaps, enhancements and other issues;
7. Contribute to the identification of potential solutions through a user-centric approach, gathering and analyzing user market data, user intelligence, competitive information as well as internal capabilities and capacity;
8. Work with cross-functional teams to implement software specifications and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;
9. Participate throughout the development release train in an agile environment that is striving for continuous integration/continuous release;
10. Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborate with design and developers to estimate project impact;
11. Provide insight during complex product development projects;
12. Ensure and validate deliverables against design specifications and business requirements;
13. Identify and implement process improvements across development teams.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Availability for hybrid work 1-2 times a week in São Paulo/SP.
2. Intermediate to advanced English.
3. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
4. 4+ years of experience working with software development projects in a business analyst capacity;
5. 4+ years experience working in a software engineering or software development role;
6. Collaborative attitude, fantastic communication skills and a results-driven mindset;
7. Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional working relationships with team members;
8. Experience in managing business requirements processes, including documentation of technical and functional requirements and process flow creation;
9. An inherent drive for building quality software - and an understanding of how to get ideas from the drawing board into code and into the hands of our users;
10. Familiarity with analytics definition and reviewing the data to make business decisions;
11. Proficiency in Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies with experience in facilitating collaboration between development, operations and business teams;
12. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI or Azure DevOps and ability to analyze and document their impact on business processes.
