Qualificações

2-3 years of experience with Go required.

At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Go Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

As a Senior Go Developer, your role will involve designing and developing high-performance applications that utilize Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and AWS cloud services. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet client expectations, while leveraging AI to enhance development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, high-performance Go code.
Develop and deploy applications using Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning.
Utilize AWS cloud services for deployment and management.
Integrate AI tools to assist in coding and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:
2-3 years of experience with Go
Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
Proficiency in SQL
English proficiency at B2+ level
Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with AWS and NoSQL databases
Knowledge of Java, Node.js, or Python
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch
