Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking to hire a JJT (Technology) Senior Financial Analyst, Innovative Medicine FP&A. This position has preferred locations in Titusville, NJ, New Brunswick, NJ, or Raritan, NJ. Consideration will be granted to report into other J&J work sites in Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Remote work may be considered case-by-case. Candidates near a J&J Innovative Medicine office are expected to follow a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in the office weekly.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role manages the Innovative Medicine Technology forecast and actual cycle guidance, coordinates FP&A activities, and supports regional budgeting. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively across Commercial, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to drive process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. FP&A Coordination:
   • Manage forecasting processes and provide timely guidance on actuals.
   • Coordinate FP&A activities ensuring alignment and compliance.
   • Support BVA reviews with data analysis and presentation consolidation.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Work with global functions, finance teams, and regional leads to support strategic initiatives.
   • Provide financial insights for decision-making and planning.
3. Support for Budgeting:
   • Assist in regional budgeting and conduct ad hoc analyses.
4. Data Management and Analysis:
   • Oversee scorecard submissions and manage financial data reconciliation.
   • Handle process inquiries and support LRFP activities.
5. Automation and Efficiency:
   • Lead automation initiatives and process improvements.
   • Support SigniFi projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional Details:

The position offers a base pay range of $77,000 - $124,200. Compensation and benefits vary by location.
