Job Overview

As a JIRA Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting JIRA Cloud environments for our clients. You will work closely with development teams to ensure optimal use of Atlassian tools and integrations, supporting Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support JIRA Cloud environments, including configuring workflows, fields, schemes, permissions, and automations.
• Integrate JIRA with third-party tools such as Git, Slack, Jenkins, etc.
• Manage user roles and access controls in Atlassian Cloud.
• Implement best practices for governance, performance, and change management.
• Collaborate with clients’ teams to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with JIRA Cloud administration and support.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Strong knowledge of workflows, permissions, automations, and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
