WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend and backend components;
2. Implement and improve automated testing frameworks, including Cypress;
3. Support operational and business requests by optimizing coaching tool workflows;
4. Ensure system stability, address technical debt, and maintain security compliance.

MUST HAVES

1. 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot;
2. Experience with GraphQL;
3. Relational database experience (MongoDB preferred);
4. Familiarity with Cypress and end-to-end testing strategies;

NICE TO HAVES

1. Experience with AWS infrastructure and architecture updates;
2. Knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code practices;
3. Familiarity with accessibility compliance (a11y) and best practices.
