Requisitos

• Advanced to Fluent English proficiency (C1-C2) for daily conversations and interactions. Strong communication skills, as you will collaborate with various business and technical teams across the organization.
• Hands-on development experience to debug issues and perform root cause analysis — coding experience in real project environments is essential.
• Problem-solving mindset: efficiently identify recurring issues and recommend process optimizations to improve support and system efficiency.
• Clear and concise documentation skills: support new users and developers by creating detailed guides for applications and processes.
• Technical and operational support: be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of production systems and applications.
• Collaborative work style: partner with end-users, system administrators, and developers to keep systems running smoothly and effectively.
• Continuous improvement focus: work with teams to enhance production system performance and reliability.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Quickly assist users in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Create user-friendly documentation for applications and internal processes.
• Develop runbooks to accelerate incident resolution.
• Debug code and identify necessary changes to address root causes.
• Perform early morning system checks to ensure operational readiness before trading hours begin.
• Use internal tools to implement configuration changes, update production data, and manage user access to applications.
