Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, design, develop, and test high-performance code aligned with business needs.
• Create technical requirements, software design specifications, and architectural artifacts.
• Participate in Agile development activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work primarily in the middle tier/backend service layer, with a plus for experience across other layers of the software stack.
• Stay updated with tools, trends, and technologies in the FinTech space.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Postgres.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and collaborating with QA automation engineers.
• Basic experience with cloud applications on Amazon AWS, including EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, and SQS.
• Strong understanding of API and architectural concepts like REST, Microservices, MVC, and Architectural Layers.
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and TDD.
• Ability to work effectively in a startup environment with heavy workloads and less structure.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
