Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Support or Infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
• Experience with Veeam backup; 3CX telephony is a plus.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Networking or Security are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including VLANs, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Manage and support 3CX telephony systems, SIP trunks, call routing, and voice connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain Veeam backup and recovery operations, ensuring backups and readiness.
• Support ERP implementation activities, including configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
• Assist with IT security initiatives, including MFA, access management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain technical documentation, IT asset records, and infrastructure configuration records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and the IT team to deliver solutions.

Our client is seeking an IT Systems & ERP Support Executive to support and maintain their IT infrastructure while playing a key role in an ongoing ERP implementation and digital transformation journey. This position offers a diverse mix of responsibilities across IT support, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, telephony, backup management, and ERP support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.
• Administer and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, IT asset records, and infrastructure configuration records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and the wider IT team to deliver effective technology solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, and networking technologies.
• Experience supporting firewalls, VPNs, managed switches, VLANs, and network security best practices.
• Familiarity with Veeam backup and recovery solutions.
• Experience administering or supporting 3CX telephony systems would be considered an asset.
• Exposure to ERP systems, implementations, business applications, or data migration projects would be advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Networking, Security, Veeam, or 3CX are considered a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
