Manpower Malta is seeking an IT Operations & Systems Officer for a leading 5-star resort in Malta. You will provide on-site IT support across departments, troubleshoot key hotel systems, and maintain hardware and software to keep guest and staff experiences seamless.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration role.
• Strong working knowledge of: Windows environments, Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, Networking fundamentals, and end-user support.
• CCNA certification is highly desirable, with strong hands-on networking experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Reservations).
• Troubleshoot and support key hotel systems (PMS, POS, key card systems, guest Wi-Fi, in-room entertainment).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network connections.
• Respond to IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform routine system checks, preventative maintenance, and monitor performance.
• Escalate complex issues while communicating with stakeholders.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventories, and asset records.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical systems.
• Collaborate with departments to improve efficiency through technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Escalate complex technical issues when required while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain IT documentation, hardware inventories, and asset management records.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support business-critical systems when necessary.
• Work closely with operational departments to enhance efficiency and user experience through technology.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration role.
