Escolaridade:

Cursando curso técnico em Informática, Redes de Computadores, ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento e experiência:

• Noções de redes de computadores (TCP/IP, cabeamento, roteadores e switches)
• Conhecimento básico em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux
• Familiaridade com pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Desejável: conhecimento em manutenção de computadores e suporte técnico

Atividades do cargo:

• Suporte técnico aos usuários (presencial e remoto)
• Instalação e configuração de softwares e sistemas operacionais
• Manutenção preventiva e corretiva de computadores e periféricos
• Apoio na administração de redes e controle de inventário de TI
• Documentação de procedimentos técnicos e chamados
• Participação em treinamentos e reuniões da equipe de TI
