HMH is seeking an IT Support Associate in Brazil to assist employees with day-to-day technical issues, spanning software, hardware, and network topics. You will work with a global IT team to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Studying for a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ITSM, or similar.
• Strong English communication, working with a global IT team.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees via email, phone, chat, remote and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues; update knowledge base.
• Coordinate asset management and deliver IT equipment, keeping inventory updated.
• Coordinate with suppliers for IT equipment and services.
• Collaborate with apps, infrastructure, compliance and security teams to resolve incidents.
• Follow standardized ticket management and escalation processes.
• Foster a culture of trust, communication, and colleague support.
• Be self-motivated, eager to learn, and suggest improvements.
• Show interest in AI and new tech, and bring innovative ideas.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for all employees (the customer) via the global IT Service Desk: Email, voice, chat, remote support and in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, hardware issues, network issues, maintain and update technical support documentation.
• Engage with asset management, delivering IT equipment and keeping inventory updated.
• Supplier support
• Work with Applications, Infrastructure, Compliance, Security, and other teams to resolve end--user incidents.
• Follow a common set of practices and principles for the support team with regards to ticket management, updating the knowledge base, customer escalation, and major incident management.
• Keep a culture of trust, communication and support centered on colleagues.
• Self‑motivated, ready to learn new tools, bring new ideas and improve the working environment.
• Interest in AI and new technologies, self‑motivated to create and bring something new to the company.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Studying for a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ITSM, or similar.

Skills and Abilities:

• Technical skills and knowledge to support users on Windows 11, Office 365 applications, Copilot, Azure AD, Intune, IT networking, network equipment.
• Strong English communication skills, working together with the global IT team and weekly meetings with the manager in English.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical users.
