Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with IT Operations and Development teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLA.
• Log and monitor tickets using IT Service Management tools.
• Perform initial investigations to identify the root cause of issues.
• Support web applications hosted on IIS, with a focus on .Net based applications.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining ITIL, SDLC, and Product Lifecycle methodologies.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in an enterprise application support environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of Windows Server & MS SQL Server concepts.
• Technical expertise in ASP .Net, C#, SQL, IIS, Message Queues, Restful services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment.
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to working with customers from the European region is a plus.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, Hybrid Work arrangement. Be available 1 weekend per month on rotation schedule.
