Responsibilities

1. Product Testing, Procurement, and System Integration
2. Validate local products based on headquarters' standards and execute procurement and device purchases.
3. Collaborate with headquarters and local service providers for network equipment and low-voltage systems installation, configuration, and upgrades.
4. Manage system integration projects to meet headquarters' technical requirements and adapt to local needs.

IT Infrastructure and Network Management

1. Develop and implement localized IT solutions, ensuring maintenance aligns with standards.
2. Monitor office network quality, gather user feedback, and implement improvements.
3. Manage and inventory IT infrastructure resources, resolve issues, and ensure infrastructure integrity.

Service Management and Coordination

1. Manage onsite services including desktop operations, IT asset management, and public IT services.
2. Coordinate with local service providers for problem resolution and resource utilization.
3. Manage service SLAs, track performance, and drive improvement projects.

Procedures, Reporting, and Team Management

1. Provide SOPs and documentation, report progress to headquarters.
2. Identify onsite service needs, improve IT service and products.
3. Manage service providers and team, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance appraisal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of IT service management experience; overseas experience preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, or Arabic and English, preferred.
• Knowledge of desktop operations, asset management, conference room operations; ITIL and PMP certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, team management skills, and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving, quick response, and project collaboration skills.
