We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (IT & Software Applications) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead and manage software application projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Work closely with software developers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and business teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Agile & Process Management:
- Implement Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Continuously improve project management processes for efficiency.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
- Manage project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
- Track financial performance and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Software Quality & Delivery:
- Ensure software applications are developed to meet functional, security, and compliance standards.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and user acceptance phases.
- Manage post-launch support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in software development or applications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between technical and business teams.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid format: 1 day in the office and 4 days remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.
- Knowledge of cloud-based applications (Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps, and software architecture.
