Qualificações

  • Salesforce implementation for a large organization focused on Experience Cloud, Sales, and Service Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience working with IT and systems analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and software applications.

Responsabilidades

  • Participate in the deployment and maintenance of core business applications.
  • Implement best practices for scalability and system performance.
  • Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases.

Conhecimentos

Strong business process knowledge
SAP S4 knowledge
PriceFx knowledge
Strong analytical skills

Job Title: IT Product Owner
Job Type: Contract
Job Location: North or South America (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
Systems and Application Development and Deployment

  • Participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systems
  • Participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
  • Define solution limitations and requirements
  • Work with Architects to ensure all systems integrate into the solution’s technology stack
  • Communicate the solution context and intent and align development stakeholders on the technical direction

Testing, Documentation and Procedures

  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.)
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms

Team Leadership

  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Serve as the first reviewer for work performed by junior team members.
  • All Other Job Duties and Projects as Assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Salesforce implementation for a large organization with specific focus on the Experience Cloud, Sales and Service cloud
  • 5+ years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processes
  • Working knowledge of SAP S4 in the SD area will be considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of PriceFx will be considered an asset
  • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanbanpreferred
  • Strong proficiency in estimation and planning
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English
