Corteva Agriscience is looking for an innovative, energetic, and transformational IT Product Lead for Salesforce Integration.
The Salesforce Integration IT Product Lead provides product consultation to Corteva’s Agile Product teams through collaboration with both business and technology stakeholders, leading the integration of the enterprise Salesforce platform with other platforms.
IT Product Leads are directly responsible for helping the business achieve their goals by serving as a critical role in the Product Development Process, bridging business strategy, process, and technology execution.
Primary Responsibilities - What you will do to help us grow!
- Lead the integration of the enterprise Salesforce platform with external systems like SAP/ERP, Eloqua, data warehouse, custom applications, etc.
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Platform Architect, Software Engineers, and Global Product Owners to inform and align on requirements.
- Analyze information from source/target systems with Salesforce objects/fields, and collaborate to confirm mappings, transformations, and additional data fields if needed.
- Lead mapping and requirements discussions with the business to confirm data being integrated and address additional logic for integration.
- Coordinate the execution of integration scope, schedule, dependencies, and cross-collaboration within IT and business units. Maintain transparency in reporting status, progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Create and maintain mapping documents to support the integration processes.
- Collaborate with software engineers during integration development and support.
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with the business to ensure integrations are functioning correctly.
- Own the product roadmap for Salesforce integration.
- Facilitate defining a rolling roadmap for multiple years along with OKRs and KPIs.
- Lead quarterly planning and business review sessions.
- Create user stories for desired solution functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure & Operations to define release plans.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field is desired.
Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce integration experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce web and mobile capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, APEX, Force.com, and AppExchange.
- Previous experience with Azure Service Bus and Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Experience applying User Experience (UX) and User Interaction (UI) best practices in website and mobile application design is a plus.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to view ambiguity as an opportunity to define and drive business evolution.
- Strong skills in structuring large amounts of complex information within a process framework.
- Excellent communication skills, primarily conducting business in English with global, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams.
