IT Operations Analyst Junior (Control-M) - Campinas/SP

Join us to apply for the IT Operations Analyst Junior (Control-M) - Campinas/SP role at Agibank.

Responsibilities and Assignments

• Monitor and support the Command Center operations daily, providing automation solutions, and overseeing the Jobs console in the Control-M scheduling tool.
• Create and modify Shell Scripts in Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
• Configure and monitor automated workflows in Control-M.
• Develop documentation related to work routines.
• Assist in maintaining the productive IT environment through proactive infrastructure and systems monitoring.
• Ensure execution of controls generated by Control-M processes to meet SLA agreements.
• Identify bottlenecks and potential issues, working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support the implementation of new monitoring tools.
• Perform operational activities in the Command Center.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience with console monitoring in Control-M.
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python and Shell.
• Understanding of server administration in Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Availability to work in Shift 2: 14:00 to 23:00.
