About the role

As the IT&D Senior Business Analyst, LATAM, you will be the key driver connecting our business together. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, driving innovation and scalability to support Essential Home’s business strategy.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, pragmatic, and loves a challenge. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are action and result oriented. You will proactively partner with Global, Area, and market commercial functions within the organisation to lead & activate strategic IT&D initiatives and proactively identify value-based and strategically driven opportunities.

Your responsibilities

• Provide application support for the various local applications in use within your functional remit.
• Facilitate issue resolution for non-local applications by interfacing with the broader support organization and local end users, acting as a mediator when required.
• Plan, manage, and execute regional & country projects across LATAM.
• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver value-added initiatives across LATAM.
• Develop and deliver training and continuous improvement programs to ensure system adoption, process compliance, and optimum use of solutions.
• Provide insights from financial & commercial data to drive business change initiatives.
• Define business application requirements in both technical and non-technical language.
• Define application changes and develop cost/benefit comparisons.
• Provide direction to developers and project teams.
• Contribute to the assessment, design, development, and implementation of business solutions.
• Use investigative techniques to understand current data, processes, and reporting.
• Document, review, analyze, and recommend improvements to data, processes, and reporting to ensure regional consistency.
• Engage stakeholders to establish KPIs, targets, business cases, success criteria, and benefits measurement.
• Champion data and process compliance measures.
• Lead requirements gathering for business projects.
• Manage country and region-specific projects regarding scope and vision.
