Boeing Brazil is seeking an IT Global Business Partner, reporting to the IT Manager, working out of the Sao Jose Dos Campos office. The IT Global Business Partner will be responsible for provisioning business focused IT services and solutions in partnership with local and global IT teams to all global customers (businesses, programs and functions). This individual contributor role will take responsibility for understanding business needs, collaborating with local and global teams to ensure delivery of programs of work to support business growth. You will partner with multiple stakeholders as suppliers of services to internal customers, to ensure business commitments are met. The position reports to IT Global Business Success Leader and serves as a key member of the Canada & Latin America regional IT team.

Position Responsibilities
  • Understand business needs, document business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
  • Establish priorities, collaborate/partner with regional and global IT teams to ensure delivery of IT Products & Services to support business & growth.
  • Accountable for delivery of IT&DA Products & Services to regional stakeholders (internal customers).
  • Identify available solutions if any in conjunction with other IT stakeholders.
  • Conducts cost benefit analysis and provides recommendations.
  • Secure resource alignment, ensure solution development and implementation.
  • Engage with third parties/suppliers as needed and provide oversight to deliverables, governance to SLAs etc.
  • Support change management and ensure sign off by the customer against the acceptance criteria.
  • Report and communicate status of IT activities/initiatives/projects to regional stakeholders.
  • Project manage when and as needed to deliver capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Risks management, create and track mitigation/contingency plans to completion.
  • Contribute to service improvement activities within the IT organization.
  • Maintain alignment with other Enterprise Functions, IT Business Partners, and IT&DA teams.
  • Support Long Range Business Planning/forecasting in conjunction with business & other IT stakeholders.
  • Requires frequent work outside of local business hours to collaborate with teams across the global organization.
  • Some travel may be required to support engagement efforts.
Location & Onsite Requirement

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Relocation & Sponsorship

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
  • Must have a Bachelor Degree
  • In depth experience in customer facing roles
  • Proven experience working in a global environment, proven ability to engage and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders globally through calls and discussions would be a prerequisite for the role together with excellent project and time management skills
  • Effective influencing skills working with managers and leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)
  • Master degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
  • In depth experience working with cross-functional teams
  • ITIL & Project Management knowledge/experience desired
  • Working in a Regional/ International Team, with experience contributing and rolling out of globally developed strategy, projects & solutions
  • Organization skills to effectively work in cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements
  • Strong sensitivity for cultural differences and significant global acumen

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll. Please also submit a CV or resume written in English.
