Qualificações

• Compétences requises en API et cloud, avec expérience de 5 ans recommandée.
• Diplôme supérieur en technologie ou équivalent est nécessaire.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'espagnol pour les communications.

We have an opening for you as an IT Engineer Specialist – API Platform.

Here, your role will be:

Within the API Platforms Engineering and Support team (API Gateway), you will be responsible for platform/environment administration, root cause analysis, participating in WarRoom (Crisis Room) activities, defining infrastructure, API, and service improvements, and engaging in project implementations among other activities.

Essential Requirements:

• General technical understanding of API platforms (API Gateway);
• Experience in development and support of API Gateways;
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems;
• Knowledge of Public/Private Cloud and Container technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes);
• Experience in application server support;
• Experience in scripting (PYTHON/Bash and PowerShell) and familiarity with programming logic;
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as APM, Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Splunk;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Knowledge of identity and access management, networks, security, governance, and compliance;
• Understanding of automation and orchestration tools and techniques in Public/Private Cloud;
• Complete higher education or related to technology;
• English and Spanish languages proficiency;

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of Cloud AWS and Azure;
• Knowledge of IAC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation);
• Knowledge of APIGEE;
• Knowledge of native Cloud API Gateway;
