Job Description

1. Requirements recording, concept development and solution implementation of the group reporting system
2. Technical requirements:
   1. Tailor-made development of business concepts in cooperation with the specialist departments
   2. Coordinated implementation of these specialist concepts/business concepts in IT concepts
   3. System-side implementation of the developed IT concepts (if necessary with the support of external consultants)
   4. Analysis and evaluation of technical and business problems during the reporting process
   5. Permanent optimization of processes and application parts
   6. Individual transfer of application know-how
   7. Coordination and control of internal and external project employees
   8. Subject-specific cooperation with SAP on system issues (OSS messages; Workshops)
3. System responsibility
   1. Ensuring professional group reporting system administration as well as application maintenance
   2. Validation of structural customizing settings (e.g., eliminations; Capital consolidation) taking into account the overall context Master data maintenance in the system after coordination of the order grids with the specialist departments (e.g., organizational changes)
   3. Reliable preparation of monthly, quarterly, YE reporting and budget planning
4. Support
   1. Individual troubleshooting and analysis
   2. Error correction and problem solving in cooperation with the other Group Reporting departments (including within the framework of agile development approaches)
   3. Global key user support for Group Reporting users
   4. Holistic support for approximately 2,000 worldwide users
5. Knowledge transfer to ensure Group Reporting processes in the Group, securing the transfer of know-how within the framework of international Group Reporting training courses for all user classes, including the conception, preparation, and implementation of user training courses and documents
6. Budget responsibility, control of ongoing costs, management of external consultants involved in the project, and deployment planning
7. Responsibility for the deployment planning
8. Qualifications
   1. Detailed knowledge of SAP module SAP SEM-BCS; S/4 Group Reporting
   2. SAP BCS, C-fin/ S4 & B W, BTP know-how
   3. SAP Query Design & SAC
   4. Experience in project management and strong communication and conflict management skills
   5. Sound IT knowledge of process flows, database architecture, etc.
   6. Business knowledge in group accounting (especially consolidation)
