Macher Tecnologia is recruiting a hands-on IT Consultant to support its products and customers.

Since the work will be performed globally, fluency in English (business level) is required.

The selected professional will join the company as an employee in a remote setting.

What you will be doing:

1. Provide basic IT support to global customers.
2. Maintain and improve PHP/Laravel applications.
3. Participate in LGPD / Data Privacy / Cybersecurity projects by guiding customers on tools and documentation.
4. Communicate effectively in English (speak, read, write).

Technical Stack:

• O365 products, including Intune and Defender (Policies creation, reporting).
• Proficiency in coding without supervision in Python, Laravel, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of IA Agents, MySQL, and Firebase.
• PWA knowledge.
• Experience with Git and Jira.
• Willingness to pursue certifications such as CC, Security+, and ISFS.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with IT Support.
• Previous experience as a programmer (junior level acceptable).

Contracting requirements:

This is a fully remote position.
