Pixida in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an IT Compliance / GRC professional to ensure regulatory alignment and guide audits across Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams. You will assess IT controls, identify gaps, and drive remediation in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role requires strong knowledge of GDPR/LGPD, IT risk management, and hands-on experience with GRC tools (ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust) and security platforms (Azure AD, Defender, Qualys/Tenable, Jira, Power BI).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, information systems, or CS.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Experience with GRC tools and security platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and risk-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of GDPR and LGPD requirements.
• Experience in IT Compliance, GRC, IT Audit, or regulated environments.
• Understanding of IT risk management and remediation processes.
• Familiarity with IAM, network security, EDR, vulnerability management, and asset management.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and COBIT, with practical application.
• Familiarity with third-party/vendor risk management, including security reviews and contractual requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledge of GDPR and LGPD requirements.
• Experience in IT Compliance, GRC, IT Audit, or regulated environments.
• Understanding of IT risk management and remediation processes.
• Familiarity with IAM, network security, EDR, vulnerability management, and asset management.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and/or COBIT, with the ability to apply controls in practice.
• Familiarity with third‑party/vendor risk management, including security reviews and contractual requirements is considered a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) required, as well as native or fluent Portuguese.
• Experience and knowledge in ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, Qualys or Tenable, Jira, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
• Analytical thinking and risk-oriented approach.
